OUR BEGINNING
Next Step FC was co-founded in 2013 by Charlie Pomroy & Keo Sophal who share a vision of taking their passion for football and using it to develop the world around them. This vision has translated to a system that has seen the successful graduation of 47 players to now play professionally in Cambodia with all but 5 under the age of 20. Not to mention 11 more graduates have taken coaching positions and a further 15 into various roles across football.
Next Step FC were crowned provincial champions three times between 2017-2020. In 2022 the club turned professional and made their debut season in the Cambodian second division.
